The purpose of my work is to help people reclaim their self-expression by realizing there are no wrong or right sounds and relearning to trust and sing from their own truth and pleasure. I support people through learning how to express those parts of themselves that have been held apart from what society deems acceptable and beautiful. In this way, people are freed up to create their own vocalizations from where they stand; their own anthems made up of the entire array of their humanity. As they bring their fragmented emotions into sound, their self-expression becomes boundless. In the process, we are all healed. As I tell all my clients, your voice matters.

With two degrees in music and extensive esoteric study, Bisan combines the physical, mental, and spiritual elements of voice together to create a truly transformative series of workshops, programs and performance presentations known as “Voice Creatures”. In addition to helping others reclaim their voice, Bisan uses her mastery of voice to create powerful art and moving music.
